My goal is to help you improve the quality of your life by strengthening your mental health and well being. I have vast experience working with individuals from all races and walks of life, which have assisted me in appreciating the individual viewpoints that others may have.

I will work with you to increase your ability to move forward and replace self-limiting behaviors, thoughts and emotions with a positive action plan. By utilizing proven solution based techniques, along with cognitive and behavioral techniques, I believe I can help you reach a higher potential. I will teach you how to cope with daily emotional pressures, elevate your self esteem and overcome self defeating behaviors. By understanding your feelings, you will be better equipped to manage family relationships, personal barriers, and workplace complications.
