Stepping Stones .... Moving Forward, A Step At A Time
My goal is to meet people where they are at and support them on their journey, whatever that may mean for them. A career change, a change in relationship status, health and wellness, processing trauma and more. I've spent my career learning and growing, seeking education and training at every opportunity.
My BS is in Applied Psychology - SCSU
My MS is in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) from UW - Stout
My Sex Therapy Certificate is from UM - School of Social Work
My PhD (ABD) is in Organizational Psychology - Capella (all coursework and comprehensive exam completed, I have yet to complete my research and dissertation).
I have advanced training in trauma, discernment counseling, mediation, collaborative family law.
I have studied the Gottmans (Level 1 and 2), Esther Perel, Brene Brown, Susan Cain and many more.
Many clients feel the space I create is non-judgmental and accepting, and they feel seen and heard in our sessions. I'm not afraid to challenge someone and encourage them to look at things from a different perspective. I'll be your biggest fan and cheerleader on your journey to health and wellness.
