To become different from what we are, Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. (Unknown Source) My philosophy about therapy is simple. Most people know what is going on in their lives at this moment. Most have an idea what they would like things to be like in the future. Therapy helps us get from point A to point B. You are the expert of you. As a therapist, I am the expert of the multitude of paths you might want to consider as you move towards point B.
Graduated with a Masters Degree in Social Work from Syracuse University.
Over 25 years clinical experience in non profit direct services and private practice.
Certified in EMDR ( Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
Trained in Hypnotherapy
Certified Addictions Professional
Qualified to perform Substance Abuse Evaluations (SAP for DOT)
