My training enables me to explore your experiences with you in a safe and individual way, to reflect and help you find new understanding, perspective and emotional resources. Whether it is something recent that you are struggling to come to terms with, or and more complex seep routed issue I am here to listen and help you unravel the ties holding you back. Current difficulties may stem from past traumas and relationships, explaining why a present crisis might feel confusing or why you might find yourself repeating unproductive patterns of relating. My areas of expertise encompass a broad spectrum of concerns, including but not limited to: abuse, anxiety, bereavement, depression, health issues, loss, personal development, PTSD, self-harm, stress, and work-related challenges. Furthermore, my experience extends to ADD/ADHD, addictions, AIDS/HIV, autism spectrum disorders, cancer, child-related issues, chronic fatigue syndrome, cultural considerations, disability, eating disorders, identity issues, menopause, men’s health issues, mood disorders, neurodiversity, obsessive-compulsive disorders, phobias, and relationship concerns. Additional areas of proficiency include self-esteem, sexual health issues, sexual identity, sexuality, spirituality, trauma, and women’s health issues.
