I am licensed in Alabama with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, anger management, & depression. My highest level of education is an Education Specialist in Counseling. I am currently working on my Doctorate in Professional Counseling. As your therapist, I will help you to navigate through difficult challenges. We will collaborate together to strategically create a personal plan to overcome obstacles, develop positive coping skills, foster healthy relationships, and more. To facilitate change within the lives of my clients, I utilize person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, narrative, gestalt, family systems, solution-focus therapies as well as motivational interviewing techniques. My approach also focuses on changing problematic behaviors, feelings, and thoughts by discovering their unconscious meanings and motivation. Throughout the therapeutic process, I will diligently work to provide encouragement so you can reach your full potential and exemplify the best version of yourself.
