As a BABCP-accredited CBT and EMDR practitioner with over ten years of experience, I am dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals and improve their lives through evidence-based therapeutic approaches. I specialize in trauma-focused therapy. My background includes clinical and supervisory roles in the UK National Health System (NHS) and private sector, where I have worked with diverse clients.

As a Lecturer in CBT and DEI Lead at the University of East Anglia (UK) and for a non-gubernamental organisation called CIEE (US) , I stay current with the latest research and best practices, ensuring high-quality care for my clients.
