Your pain deserves space to be heard, whatever it may look like. We come from all backgrounds, circumstances, and cultures. No matter what life throws our way, we all have our own unique strengths to overcome the toughest of obstacles, even when they seem impossible.
I graduated with a Bachelor’s of Social Work from Long Island University and a Master’s in Social Work from New York University and have 5+ years experience in private practice.
I have worked with all ages and specialize in 18 years and older.
I strive to guide each of my clients in finding and putting the puzzle pieces back together from all biological, psychological, and social factors. I have had six years experience growing as a clinician and I would like to consider my approach as going at the pace you determine, while giving little pushes or nudges when needed. Coping strategies are not a one size fits all and I will help you come up with the best treatment plan suited for your individual and couple needs. I look forward to working with you!

"I feel very good about myself since having someone to bounce things off of. Self diagnosis is the worst and the need to vent about your problems is invaluable. I find myself being more confident in my opinion even after a few weeks of letting things out on paper with my therapist. It is very liberating. I know my problems are probably minor compared to some but they are my inner demons and it feels good to let them out."

"I love the option to do therapy twice a week, it makes a difference in jump starting things if you've put off therapy for a while or are going through an intense situation. My therapist is a dream and I couldn't ask for a better pairing. Loving this resource."
