I have been a therapist for 25 years. I have also worked in UR, management, supervisory, Research, Test Development, Consulting, Program implementation and Pilot program capacities.
I have been trained in many types of therapy. I particularly use work from Chopra and Siegel.
I work from an integrative, wholistic perspective and have traveled the world working with various cultures. We are experiencing many shifts world wide and many need an extra layer of support.
I have not only extensive Clinical experience and education, but real life experience and a sense of humor that has assisted me in helping 1000s of clients through the years. I do not believe people are passive recipients to their environment and use a focus on strengths and empowerment in all the interventions I prescribe. I bring the client into the treatment planning process as I believe this corroborates both accountability and empowerment. I have a Master Of Arts in Counseling Psychology and Counselors Education, 2 years of doctoral studies and am licensed in 2 states.
