I am a doctoral candidate attending Southwestern College in Santa Fe, New Mexico. I have a bachelor's degree in Organizational Technology and Training from the University of New Mexico and a master's degree in counseling from Southwestern College (Santa Fe, New Mexico). My work experience includes, but not limited to, clinical supervision, outpatient programs director, couples, individual and family counseling, cinema therapy, psycho-educational group training, life coaching & life skills training, stress-reduction techniques, wellness training models (QiGong, Tibetan 5 Rites, kettlebell training, nutrition and more).
As a United States Air Force veteran, I have experience as a Military & Family Life Counselor serving military members and their families. In addition, I have been a professional coach trainer for 30 years. Besides Western modalities, Indigenous Knowledge Systems (IKS) and traditional practices also inform my therapeutic approach. I work equally well with women and men to meet the challenges of authentic living while fulfilling cherished life goals. My therapeutic philosophy is embodied, humanistic, and relational.
