My name is Griena Davis and I C.A.R.E., Counsel to Achieve Results that are Empowering, by addressing the obstacles that negatively impact an individual’s quality of life including but not limited to the following: Stress and anxiety; depression; adjustment issues; anger management; identity issues; grief and loss; and relationship issues.
Through I C.A.R.E. Wellness Services, LLC, I assist the client in rearranging the pieces of the wellness lifestyle puzzle: Physical, spiritual, social, mental, emotional, intellectual, financial, and occupational.
The results of I C.A.R.E. Wellness Services, LLC are not a “quick fix” but an evolving process that promotes long-lasting healthy lifestyle changes.

I have over 20 years of experience in working with youth and young adults and their families. I am a Board Certified TeleMental Health Counselor; a Board Certified Coach; and a Certified First Responder Counselor.
