Hi there, I'm Hillary and I look forward to talking with you. I feel I have the education, empathy and heart. That helps me help my patients feel better. I have over 20 years experience in working with people to help them feel better. I have worked in private practice as well as crisis centers and psychiatric hospitals. My specialties are anxiety, grief, cut grief issues related to aging relationships, depression, trauma, and sleep issues and addiction. I know we face a lot of life-changing situations and need help guiding us through. I have years of experience working with patients who have anxiety, depression, grief, substance abuse, crisis, and trauma issues we will work together to develop the best plan of action to help you feel better. I am kind, empathetic, educated, and approachable. Let's start talking so we can get you feeling better. My main approach is a cognitive behavioral approach so we can figure out how to change things that are going on so we can help you feel better.. life is a journey and we all have had our ups and downs. I am a two time cancer survivor and I have learned some great modalities for getting through life's challenges. I always take a patient center approach as no two people are the same.
