Holding a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from St. John Fisher College in Pittsford, NY, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and have many years of experience working in telehealth, private practice, and with in-person agencies as well.
I am experienced working with individual therapy, couples therapy, and group therapy.
My therapeutic approach is unique to you and your needs, often utilizing a mixture of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and Acceptance. I believe in working collaboratively to identify your goals and develop a plan! I am passionate about helping people to realize their talents, boost their sense of effectiveness, and connect their activities with their beliefs and ambitions.
