As a licensed Canadian Counselor and psychotherapist since 2013, I bring over 15 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through emotional challenges, life transitions, and meaningful personal growth. My therapeutic approach is integrative, combining evidence-based techniques with intuitive, client-centered care. I draw from a wide range of modalities including EFT, mindfulness therapy, clinical hypnosis, art therapy, spiritual counseling, and couple therapy. This flexibility allows me to adapt each session to meet the unique needs, personality, and goals of the person I’m working with.
At the heart of my work is the belief that clients already possess the wisdom and resilience needed for healing. My role is to help them reconnect to those inner resources, offering guidance, tools, and perspective along the way. I often describe therapy as offering a map — but the client is the one who walks the path. My goal is to foster long-term empowerment and independence, supported by short-term wins that build momentum and confidence. Clients regularly tell me they appreciate how I help them see and celebrate their progress, however small, and how that creates sustainable change over time.
I specialize in working with individuals facing transitions, couples seeking deeper connection, and parents navigating family dynamics. I’ve worked as a behavioral interventionist in schools and provided parent coaching in private practice. My background also includes directing a province-wide health coaching program for Diabetes Canada, where I supported clients in achieving wellness goals through motivation and mindset work. I also served as New Brunswick’s mental fitness and resilience expert, integrating principles from positive psychology and health promotion into therapeutic practice.
I value presence, integrity, compassion, and equanimity. I listen deeply — not only to words, but to what is felt beneath them. When appropriate, I incorporate breathwork, energy psychology, or spiritual guidance to support nervous system regulation and emotional healing. I work best with clients who are open to change and committed to their growth. Together, we co-create a space where meaningful, lasting transformation can unfold.
