Hi!
My name is Italia and I'm a bilingual therapist, excited to be a part of your mental health journey! It is my experience that my clients are the experts of their lives and they are their own (and my) best resource in treatment.

Therapy can be a nerve-wracking experience for some people and it's okay to feel this way! Change can be uncomfortable. I see therapy as a collaboration where our skills and knowledge merge to create unique solutions that apply to your life.

Growing up, I noticed a significant gap in services as a Hispanic in rural Arkansas. I entered the mental health field to act as a bridge for people to have access to proper care and researched-based information.

I've worked with people from different backgrounds and a variety of issues and believe these experiences will help me be an additional support system for you.

I'm also a human being! I enjoy activities such as weightlifting, painting, poetry, listening to music, playing video games/board games, and taking naps on rainy days with Mr. Oliver (my fur baby).
