About Me

We all get off track sometimes and feel overwhelmed by life’s challenges. Even the stresses of everyday life can take a toll on a person who isn’t living their best, healthiest life. My unique blend of education and experience allows me to deliver holistic support, working on the whole self, or independently focus on one area of health. I can help with:

Depressed and anxious individuals achieve balance and calm.
Families who are stuck in unhealthy patterns.
Parents who are seeking effective strategies and new approaches to parenting.
New mothers find their happiness and sense of self after childbirth.
Individuals fullfill their desire to be happier, healthier and a fuller version of themselves.
Women and teens who are struggling with depression and anxiety to find balance, hope and happiness.

If you are going through a life transition that is creating stress or if you have recently had a baby and are not feeling like yourself, I can help. I have worked as a Mental Health Therapist for over 18 years in multiple states and settings.

Rating: [5 out of 5 stars!]

"The sessions and the worksheets have been really helpful for me. The worksheets give me things to consider and really be thoughtful about, as well as keep me accountable so I don't just fall into the routine of "it's fine, it's fine" and then do nothing. And the sessions as follow up have been great for me to talk through things that came up from doing the worksheets. So there's kind of a pause-and-think, and then discuss-and-feel approach to the program that works well for me. It's only been a few weeks, but I appreciate what I've learned and am tuning into, even in this short time."

"So far, so good! I'm really hoping my therapist can help me. Also, the costs for this program are a lot better than others online, so that was a plus."
