I have been a Therapist for over 10 years & worked with a diverse client population. After taking a 3 years Hiatus due to burn out, I took that time participating in numerous spiritual retreats. I gained a deeper sense of my purpose during that season of my life. My gift is assisting others in restoring their innerchild thru Nature therapy, Intentional Selfcare, shadow-work prompts, art therapy and other eclectic avenues of rediscovering the authentic self . My Non-Profit Magically Me, INC assist At risk & Youth with disabilities use their gifts to manifest a Magical life. My specialty is assisting in individuals in the practice of BËing present and open to the ebb and Flow of life’s unique experiences.

As we nurture our inner child through using our creative gifts & imagination we began to resolve the areas of trauma which cause blocks in your auric energy field. I encourage restoration in mind, body soul thru meditation, music, art, movement, play, nature, affirmations, journaling prompts in addition to Selfcare.

Overall, I assist individuals in healing their innerchild thru unlearning outdated thought patterns & relearning healthy thoughts that serve who you desire to become.
