My education consists of a Masters of Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University (2021), certification in Spirtually Augmented CBT from the International Institute of Organizational Psychological Medicine (2020) and Life Coaching (2017). I started my counselling career as a family counsellor/coach and returned to school for my masters degree in 2019. My practise philosophy is foundationally Person -Centered. I believe that people are the experts of their own lives and when they have a safe and supportive space to share their voice, they also experience their own wisdom. Eclectically, I use interventions such as CBT, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, strength based and Solution- Focused approaches with clients to assist them in achieving their goals. Populations I work with are often those with new ADHD diagnosis, as many adults are becoming aware of the symptoms that affect them post childhood. I also see clients working through transitional stages such as leaving a relationship or career change. I also have extensive experience as a parent coach and post partum mental health challenges. I enjoy working with mothers of very young children adapting their identity to their ideal vision of motherhood and working through difficulties in this uniquely rewarding and challenging stage. Clients find me to be supportive, warm and easy to connect with. This therapeutic alliance is often the best tool I have to encourage success.

"So far this platform and my therapist seem much better than a previous platform I was on. This therapist actually seems to have clinical knowledge vs just asking me how something makes me feel repeatedly."

"I was really hesitant to go with this therapy service at first, but I have a good therapist and everything is accessible on the site. There's worksheets and a plan in place which I like as well. So far this is really helping.
Only cons are: there's no app, customer service is via email and can take a couple days for response.
