Dr. Jessica Fritzges

Welcome to my online therapy practice! I'm Dr. Jessica Fritzges, a licensed clinical psychologist, and I'm eager to meet you in this space and help you make progress toward reaching your goals. Since you're here, I imagine you want to address unhelpful patterns, learn new ways of thinking and responding, and ultimately improve your mood--and, this is an ideal environment to make those changes. I approach my clients with warmth, interest, and a willingness to meet you where you are, all the while keeping a vision of where you want to go as the roadmap that guides the work we do in therapy. With all my clients, I begin by gathering information about your background, your history, and other elements that make you uniquely you; then, I ask questions to better understand what's been happening that you'd like to address. In this process it's my goal to ensure that you feel heard, seen, valued, and supported--because that's necessary, and because change can be difficult if you don't feel connected with your therapist.

After we work together to identify your strengths and current challenges, I will help you make use of the resources here to envision a new way of being. Step by step we will work together to create a path toward change that feels accessible and empowering. You'll know that therapy is helping because you'll feel relief and more in control of your life circumstances. Throughout the process I'll make sure that we're both noticing what's helpful and what isn't, so that we can update the plan as needed and ensure that your work is producing good outcomes in your life.
