I am a person centred counsellor. I believe in the potential of all individuals and will walk alongside you whilst we work out how to move you forwards.

On-line counselling is a confidential place where a person can speak about anything that is concerning them in whichever method suits; text, e-mail, instant messenger or video. You will not be judged, given advice or told what to do. Together we would build a therapuetic relationship that is based on genuiness, respect and trust. Together we would explore any issues, relationship issues, difficulties, obstacles, stressors, any emotional distress that you are experiencing and your thoughts and feelings.

I have worked with adolescents and adults. I have A-level Psychology & Sociology, BA Hons in Psychology with associated Sociology, Certificate in Counselling Skills, Level 4 Diploma in Therapuetic Counselling, Certificate in Transactional Analysis. I am currently gaining a certicate in on-line therapy and about to finish a certificate in EFT (emotional freedom technique) or TFT (thought field therapy). I have a couples counselling qualification. I have completed a psychotherapy and a How To Lift Depression Fast course. I am an accredited pregnancy and loss counsellor. I have completed a CBT qualification. I have studied mindfulness and am about to start a Life Coaching qualification. I am always learning and evolving.

I am a member of the BACP and on the current national register of therapists. I am also a listener at the Samaritans.
