Many of the people I work with are navigating ongoing anxiety, relationship stress, or a kind of emotional fatigue they can’t fully explain. You might feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or unsure how to move forward. Sometimes, these experiences bring up deeper questions—about who you are, what matters to you, or how to find meaning in the midst of stress, disconnection, or burnout.
I specialize in working with adults who want to go beyond symptom management and explore the deeper layers of their experience. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in existential and humanistic traditions. I also integrate tools from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help identify unhelpful patterns and build practical coping skills. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, transitions, identity, or emotional overwhelm, therapy can help you gain clarity, self-understanding, and renewed direction.
If you're looking for a space that’s warm, thoughtful, and nonjudgmental—I’d be honored to support you.
