Relationships can be one of the greatest sources of fulfillment in life—and one of the greatest sources of stress when things aren't working. I specialize in helping couples and individuals address relationship difficulties, sexual concerns, and compulsive behaviors that interfere with connection, confidence, and overall well-being.
My practice is focused on helping clients create meaningful change rather than simply talking about problems. Whether you are experiencing recurring conflict, emotional distance, infidelity, loss of intimacy, sexual difficulties, or patterns of behavior that feel difficult to control, therapy provides an opportunity to understand what is happening beneath the surface and develop a clear path forward.
For couples, I help identify the patterns that keep partners stuck in cycles of frustration, resentment, and disconnection. Together, we work to improve communication, rebuild trust, strengthen intimacy, and create a relationship that feels more secure, satisfying, and connected. My approach is practical, direct, and focused on helping couples achieve measurable improvements both inside and outside the therapy room.
I also specialize in sexual and intimacy concerns for both individuals and couples. Common areas of focus include differences in sexual desire, performance anxiety, erectile difficulties, premature ejaculation, pornography-related concerns, compulsive sexual behavior, sexual confidence, and challenges with emotional and physical intimacy. These are often deeply personal issues that can affect self-esteem, relationships, and quality of life. Therapy offers a confidential and non-judgmental space to address them openly and effectively.
My style is warm, straightforward, and collaborative. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with evidence-based approaches that help clients gain insight, build new skills, and create meaningful results. Clients often appreciate that our work remains focused, engaging, and oriented toward real-world improvement.
Whether you are looking to strengthen your relationship, improve your sexual well-being, or break free from patterns that no longer serve you, therapy can provide the tools and support needed to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and connection.
Finding the right therapist is important. I look forward to meeting with you, learning about your goals, and determining whether we're a good fit to work together toward meaningful and lasting change.

"Joe has been super supportive and helpful every step of the way, helping me explore parts of myself that I wasn’t even aware of, he totally opened my eyes to different ways of seeing past experiences, and current thoughts. He definitely helped me reframe, and view things much more objectively, versus my old way of viewing things through a mostly emotionally clouded lens."
