I draw from various therapeutic approaches to illuminate underlying issues, free up blocks, and heal old wounds. Therapy is a direction not a destination. I see myself as a Sherpa, empowering my clients to assist them to where they want to go. I offer a variety of different types of therapeutic modalities and offer coping mechanisms when needed. I am curious and enjoy asking many questions. I want therapy to be beneficial for my clients and I ask for client feedback during each session.
