Julie Smith

I am a licensed professional clinical counselor and have been in the mental health field since 2012. I have spent several years working with individuals with a variety of mental health needs. I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and even just day today stress in life. My goal is to help you through whatever challenges you are facing and to provide support and encouragement.

I have an eclectic approach to therapy, meaning, I use a lot of different techniques and tools through therapy sessions. I have training in CBT, ACT, and EMDR therapy approaches. I also like to focus on your goals for therapy and to help you identify those goals and reach them together to help you become the best version of yourself. I believe that everyone is capable of healing, and I genuinely have your best interest at heart. I also am trained in Christian counseling if that is something that you are open to or interested in.
