I help clients improve their lives by creating a space where they feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely supported, while also helping them build the tools and insight needed to make meaningful changes. I believe therapy works best when it is both compassionate and practical, so my approach is collaborative, goal-oriented, and individualized to each client’s needs. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, mood-related concerns, adjustment challenges, life transitions, chronic stress, and burnout, and I focus on helping clients better understand themselves, strengthen coping skills, and move toward the goals that matter most to them.

My work is grounded in evidence-based practice, and I regularly use CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, family systems concepts, and behavioral activation. The values I prioritize most are authenticity, empathy, respect, and creating a nonjudgmental environment where clients can show up as they are. I also place strong importance on measurable progress and purposeful treatment, using ongoing assessment and clear goals to help guide the work. My background in telehealth, crisis work, and higher-acuity settings has strengthened my clinical judgment, diagnostic skills, and ability to remain calm, focused, and supportive in complex situations. Overall, I aim to help clients feel more empowered, more hopeful, and more capable of creating real and lasting change in their lives.
