I believe in a holistic approach to healing. For too long have we treated symptoms but ignored the cause. Everything is connected - from stress, grief to fatigue, depression and physical symptoms.
I work with clients by looking at their mind, body and soul and establishing where there are disconnections or even diseases and making the connections between issues and presenting symptoms.
People heal through re-discovering connections, both within themselves and with others.
I use CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy), strength focused therapy and breathwork in my work. I have special training in grief counselling but welcome anyone who would like to feel better, increase their self-awareness and (re-)connect with their inner strength and beauty.
My online practice is a safe space to rest, be, explore and resolve pain and celebrate your breakthroughs, too.

I have lived experience with chronic illness and autoimmune disorders and work with sufferes and carers
Additionally, I am experienced working with neurodiverse people who are either on the autism spectrum or live with ADHD.
