With over 20 years of experience in trauma-informed care and therapy, I am dedicated to supporting children and adults through the many challenges of life using evidence based and effective approaches such as CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy).

I have worked across all populations over the years. Medical settings, forensic settings, in elite sport and across private sectors. I am fascinated by what propels us forward and what holds us back. My own research into resilience and strengths based approaches adds a great layer to therapy and a deep understanding of why context matters. .

I am experienced in working with people with trauma histories, and those who struggle to manage their relationships, their moods, or find day to day life challenging (sleeping, eating, working, socializing, concentrating and so forth).
