I received a Master's in Professional Counseling from Lindenwood University in 2013. I have been in the counseling field for six years. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, in the states of Missouri and Georgia. I provide individual, family, and couples counseling.
I have worked with a variety of clients who have experienced Anxiety, Work Stress, Depression, PTSD and just need a new outlook on life. I like to think of myself as the passenger on the ride for your journey. You are the driver of your own path and I will be there to assist when needed.
I believe in empowering and restoring clients. I have an electric style approach to counseling, as I believe no client is the same. I have training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy.
I am available for video sessions through a secured platform in Missouri and Georgia. I have evening and weekend hours availability.
I accept private pay, some insurances and EAPs.
