I believe therapy works best when people feel safe, understood, and accepted without judgment. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients can openly explore what’s bringing them to therapy while also building practical skills to help them move forward. I take an integrative approach and draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care. I tailor treatment to each person’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals, helping clients better understand themselves, manage difficult emotions, develop healthier patterns, and build a life that feels meaningful and aligned with their values.

Much of my career has been spent working in community-based services, supporting people with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, life transitions, and serious mental illness. I’ve also worked in crisis intervention and have experience helping clients access the level of care that best meets their needs, including Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP). These experiences have taught me how important it is to meet people where they are, especially during some of the most difficult moments in their lives. I believe that everyone has strengths they can build on, even when they don’t see them themselves.

No matter what brings someone to therapy, I aim to build a genuine, collaborative relationship where clients feel heard and respected. I see therapy as a partnership—we work together to better understand what’s getting in the way, identify meaningful goals, and find strategies that fit each person’s life. My hope is that clients leave therapy not only feeling better in the moment, but also with greater confidence, self-understanding, and skills they can continue to use long after our work together.
