I am a solution-focused therapist with 18 years of experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds, including children, adolescents, individuals with substance use disorders, and those facing serious and persistent mental health challenges. Throughout my career, I have been committed to creating a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to create lasting change in their lives, whether that change is big or small. I believe that every client has the potential to grow, and my role is to help them tap into their own resources and strengths to navigate life's challenges.

I am deeply committed to hearing what my clients say, and asking thoughtful and open-ended questions that encourage self-reflection and exploration. This allows my clients to engage in a way that feels most comfortable and authentic for them. My therapeutic approach is grounded in collaboration, where we work together to identify goals and solutions that are meaningful and relevant to the client’s life.

I help clients focus on what matters most to them, creating a space to have meaningful conversations that unlock their potential. By drawing on their strengths, resources, and past successes, I assist them in moving forward toward the person they want to be.
