Leah Comeau

I received my Masters in Social work from University of New Hampshire in 2017. My experience has been working with individuals and families of diverse backgrounds struggling with an array of concerns such as: depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, relationship conflicts, LGBTQ+, self-esteem, trauma, grief/loss and substance abuse. Committed to empowering my clients, I create a safe and supportive space to foster growth and resilience.

My approach to therapy is rooted in creating a safe, compassionate, and collaborative environment that honors each individual’s unique experiences. I use a holistic, person-centered framework to address the whole person—mind, body, and emotions—while incorporating principles from attachment theory to explore relational patterns and strengthen connections.
I strive to create a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel truly seen and heard. My sessions are collaborative and client-centered, fostering a sense of safety and trust that allows for open exploration and personal growth.
