My approach focuses on the client and their story. I believe therapy is difficult for some, therefore I try to put my clients at ease so they can get the greatest benefit from the therapeutic process. I have a passion to help people, and my drive is seeing people succeed in life through motivation, empowerment and active listening skills.
I became a Licensed Professional Counselor over 15 years ago and I have been in private practice since 2018. I am aware how trauma affects each individual and how they handle the trauma experienced is unique. I work with clients who would like guidance on moving through their trauma to improve their mental wellness.
