As a seasoned Licensed Clinical Therapist & Addiction Specialist, my 17-year journey spans across both the United States and Thailand, enriching my practice with diverse experiences and cultural insights. Armed with a Master's in Social Work (MSW) and extensive training in therapeutic modalities such as Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Somatic Experiencing, Trauma-informed Care, Tibetan Sound Bowl Healing, and Mindfulness practices, I am deeply committed to guiding individuals through their paths of healing and growth.
My professional trajectory has led me through a variety of settings including inpatient psychiatric units, recovery facilities, mental health agencies, and wellness centers. Within these environments, I've dedicated myself to providing stabilization and support to clients navigating crises, addiction, trauma, mood disorders, and stress responses to diverse traumas. One of my core passions lies in understanding and addressing the complex interplay of behavioral patterns that stem from unmet childhood developmental milestones, assisting clients in recognizing and overcoming maladaptive behaviors that persist into adulthood.
Beyond geographical boundaries, my international explorations have deepened my understanding of suffering within the Buddhist context and illuminated pathways to healing. Embracing a holistic perspective, I delve into the intricate connections between the body and its response to chronic stress, employing techniques that foster relaxation and facilitate the release of stored trauma. By creating a safe and serene therapeutic environment, I empower clients to embark on journeys of self-discovery and growth, unlocking the potential for profound and transformative shifts.
