As an experienced Integrative Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Counsellor I help my clients to change their thinking and overcome limiting self-beliefs. I will support you by using tried and tested skills and techniques, combining approaches to meet your needs and providing you with the tools and skills to develop helpful habits and thinking patterns for lasting change.
I believe we are all capable of positive change if we are ready to put the work in. I will help you develop a deeper understanding of whatever you are dealing with, support you to feel, think and behave in a healthier way towards yourself and others.

I have a wealth of experience supporting individual growth and change and since 2019, I have worked as a psychotherapist and counsellor in London and online. I favour the rapid emotional change that cognitive behavioural based therapies bring, however, I also often work integratively, to explore the past and to understand how it makes sense in the present. My focus is positive, lasting emotional, behavioural and mental change.
