About Me

Emotional experiences impact our health and well-being and can leave someone feeling stuck, disconnected in our relationships or with physical symptoms. Depression, fear, anger and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. I can help you overcome these and guide you through a process of relief and change.

My focus is to help individuals heal, energise, and become aware of their inner strengths. As no two people are the same, I use an eclectic approach, meaning that I use the approach that best suits your needs. I provide a safe and non judgemental space for you to share your story, feelings and concerns. I work collaboratively with you to engage in the change process and reach your goals. I am BIPOC, LGBTQ+, non-monogamous & kink friendly and have experience working with consensual non-monogamy. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and create change to be where you want to be in your life.

I am also a trained Triple P practitioner (multiple levels), a form of behavioural family intervention based on learning principles that draws on cognitive behaviour therapy. I have supported many parents struggling to manage their children's behaviours and helped them to develop positive and caring relationships with their children.

"I love this format for therapy. As someone who has a hard time finding the words to say or becoming jumbled and all over the place when speaking, this gives me the time to go at my own pace. its nice that I can fit it into my busy schedule when it works for me"

"Getting a lot out of the weekly live sessions as well as the journal portion. I've become more aware of reoccurring roadblocks by checking in with myself daily. Helps focus our weekly conversations on working through key areas and thought patterns."
