Using Evidenced Based Psychotherapy with PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Insomnia, Grief, Chronic Pain, and Couples Therapy.

Therapy typically lasts on average about 12 weeks with some transitioning in a maintenance plan. Areas of specialization include Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Anxiety and Depression.
