About Me

I am a mental health clinician with over 10 years of experience. After completing my MSW at the University of Toronto I worked in many different mental health settings including community crisis, hospitals, educational institutions, and private practice.
I have worked as a clinician in the USA, Canada, and the UK, and I currently work as a therapist at the University of Toronto providing services to graduate and undergraduate students. I have experience working with adults, teens, and couples in private settings.

I provide evidence based therapy that is flexible in nature and tailored to the needs of the individual. I draw upon CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) , and IPC (Interpersonal Counselling) frameworks and work collaboratively with people to find an approach that works best for them. I value a trauma-informed approach that asks "what has happened to you" instead of "what is wrong with you".
My aim to provide a safe and genuine environment each and every session.
I hope to talk with you soon.
