Margaret Hormenoo

Margaret A. Hormenoo earned her Master’s in Counseling at the Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, TX. Hormenoo has over 14 years of experience working with people of all different walks of life. She knows what it’s like to work through personal hardships, and she lets that empathy fuel her commitment to helping others work through their own issues.

Hormenoo is confident in her spirituality, and one of her many specialities is faith-based counseling. She loves to help her patients plan for the future and work on their present selves, and she strives to help anyone of any culture. She also loves and values parents, and offers specific services for them. Hormenoo currently treats ages 18 and up where she specializes in CBT, and faith based counseling. She is also fluent in Ewe, Ga, and Twi.

Why did you choose mental health as a career path?
“I had a positive experience with a therapist during the death of my younger sister. I have seen the powerful effect therapy can have on individuals.”
