About Me

Update August 2020: Due to Coronavirus our lives have changed in the last few months. We are offering all our services online and partly in person. For therapy sessions at the University, please follow the coronavirus safety regulations at the entrance.
My professional life until now has been shaped by a comprehensive depth of experience as a practitioner in the field of counselling & psychotherapy, working with people from multinational backgrounds. Relationship is an important part in therapy and I am intrigued by various ways of communication and creating a safe environment in the digital world for clients. My fields of expertise is in psychological well-being questions and emotional change processes. Methods mostly used include elements of applied systemic theories, psychodrama and the cognitive behavioural approach. My special interest is in positive psychology and encouraging people's personal change intelligence.

- Work experience last five years:

Our service may include therapy for individuals as well as couples and families, assessments, coaching, diagnostics, supervision and tailor-made team development workshops. We develop concepts for employee assistance serives for companies. Research is close to our hearts. Reliable evidence has influence on our work, as well as our experience influencing our own research.

Counseling at work: Short term counseling under the conditions of optional choice when facing emotional distress in private or work life which influence wellbeing and work performance. The goal is to strengthen own positive resources in order to regain emotional stability. Developing new viewpoints and coping strategies or reinforcing old ones in order to solve the problem.
