In these roles, I provided mental health services, conduct weekly individual counseling sessions with adults diagnosed with a variety of disorders including Adjustment Disorders, ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Dysthymic Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, Cognitive Disorders and Borderline Personality Disorder; monitored and maintained 90 day no show reports including sending out all discharge letters and completing discharges as needed; completed discharge lists; maintained a case load of approximately 30 clients weekly; wrote treatment plans, process notes and diagnostic summaries as well as prescreened intake interviews to assess appropriateness for outpatient services.
