I implement elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, psychology, and meditation while working with individuals needing the changes necessary to have better relationships and see life as it is. I want to help others walk down their path. This makes me feel like doing something really important. That is why I became a therapist. It is my goal to maintain the highest level of integrity, confidentiality and wisdom. I do this work as I believe our world becomes a much better place as we support each other in our objectives to be happy and fulfilled with less suffering.
My enthusiasm comes from my own experiences in life connecting with people who are wanting to be part of a solution. My passion is to assist others move through the problems of life with a realistic approach to here and now. I hope to show my clients how to replace old beliefs they no longer need or want with the new ones they desire. Together we can change old behaviors with an attitude that promotes growth and success.
