Michelle Kelley

As a young mother, I was afforded the joy of staying home with our six children. As they grew, I began my career as a professional school counselor at their rural Title 1 public school. I often felt overwhelmed juggling motherhood, marriage, and career. I discovered my own healing path from years of shame, unworthiness, an eating disorder, codependency, and childhood trauma. This birthed a passion for helping others find their healing as a licensed professional therapist. It brings me joy to guide others to discover and embody their value, worthiness, and fullest potential. We are enough, and we are worthy because we exist; the ability to heal is within.

The past few years have been challenging for many with economic, health and concerns of the unknown, I offer a kind, compassionate ear and a safe container with tools to assist clients to heal emotional wounds, trauma, anxiety and manage daily stresses in a healthy, effective manner. As a therapist specializing in psychotherapy and clinical hypnotherapy, I believe in the inherent power within each individual to heal and grow.
