I have been a school counselor for the last 26 years. I have help my private agency LPC (licensed private counselor) license for the last 15 years. I specialize in working with children and teenagers with a variety of issues: depression, anxiety, adhd/add, autism, anxiety, school avoidance as well as a myriad of other mental health needs.

My mission is to provide a safe, supportive, and affirming space where children and teens can better understand themselves, build confidence, and develop practical skills to navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, school avoidance, and social challenges. I work collaboratively with young people and their families to reduce emotional distress, strengthen coping skills, and support success at school, at home, and in relationships.

Through evidence-based, developmentally appropriate, and compassionate care, I help clients feel empowered, resilient, and capable of facing life’s challenges with greater confidence and self-trust. Please know that I am here to help!
