I am a mental health therapist with over 30 years. I am mastered, prepared, and ann independent social worker. I’m here to help with whatever challenges come your way. My passion is helping people and starting where the a’re at in their situation. I’m experienced in depression, anxiety, relationships, OCD, phobias, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, acute stress, addiction, trauma, and diagnostics. I take a client centered approach, utilizing cognitive, behavioral therapy, mindfulness, coping techniques and exposure therapy. If you have a history of trauma, I can also help you with trauma informed care. My goal for you is to help you live a happier and more peaceful life. I will help you overcome obstacles and reach your full potential through a nonjudgmental approach to listening and providing a safe place to work towards resolutions through coping and gaining the necessary control to develop calm and peace in your life.
