I’m experienced in depression, anxiety, relationships, OCD, phobias, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, acute stress, addiction, trauma, and diagnostics. I take a client centered approach, utilizing cognitive, behavioral therapy, mindfulness, coping techniques and exposure therapy.
