It takes courage to seek out support when struggling and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support and empower you in that journey.
Therapy can seem like a scary process but with the right support, you will be able develop skills to manage what life throws at you. Being kind to yourself is an important part of the process, show up for you, you deserve to feel better.
Therapy is for everyone, we all need support throughout our lives. My goal is that you learn about yourself, what you need and that you learn to make decisions that are right for you.
