I approach therapy with compassion and collaboration. Using CBT as a model, I listen and support clients to develop and pursue their goals. I believe in being curious about ourselves to discover our strengths, our goals, and our authentic selves. We can find healing and growth in our lives and I am honored to support that journey.
I and a licensed professional counselor and I have a master’s degree in counseling. My degree program included training in couples as well as individuals. I have been working as a therapist for 11 years. I see individuals and couples who are experiencing depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I also have expertise in areas of relationships, family of origin, parenting, trauma, perinatal and postpartum issues, work stress and grief.
Life can feel overwhelming at times. I am here to offer support in working through the difficult times and believe in finding healing within ourselves. We deserve compassion and to find peace in the midst of even the most difficult of situations.
