Throughout the therapeutic journey, I guide clients in discovering their strengths, establishing supportive systems, and cultivating healthy lifestyles for lasting success. I integrate clients' spiritual beliefs into the treatment process, taking a holistic approach to address their needs. Known for being warm, open, encouraging, and direct, I bring an active therapeutic style that blends experience, education, creativity, and humor with a down-to-earth, realistic counseling approach.
