I love helping clients reclaim their joy and get back in the driver's seat of life. I love helping clients gain transferrable skills, tools, and tips that can be used across many areas of their lives. I love helping clients discover their stuck points and blow through them. My ultimate goal is to help clients live full, meaningful lives at their personal best. I believe that true, lasting change and healing are possible for those who want it.
I love working with clients of all faiths (or none). For clients who want it, we work to integrate their beliefs into their therapy. I believe the more we integrate a person's whole self into their therapy, the stronger, deeper, and longer lasting the change is.
I worked for five years as a youth mentor and spiritual counsellor for a non-profit before going into private practice. I have a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.
I specialize in working with Christians, pastors, and missionaries. In addition to my previous work as a ministry leader, I grew up as a pastor's kid and missionary's kid, which gives me unique insight when working with these clients.
