About Me

I treat many different mental health disorders, including Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, Mood, Personality, and Substance Use Disorders. I specialize in the treatment of PTSD and other mental health disorders through the use of the evidence-based treatment, EMDR, and have been trained since March 2021. I have also been certified in Prolonged Exposure Therapy since January 2019.

I have a strong passion for helping those who are simply going through “every-day life” adjustments, are experiencing new and difficult changes, or just need someone to help them work through struggles. I truly understand the value of having someone that you can turn to when you feel lost trying to navigate whatever you have encountered in life. My approach is active and collaborative, as I know how important it is to have unbiased support, but also want to ensure that my clients are able to have control and manage their lives without me.

I am an authentic, honest, nonjudgmental, and a trustworthy psychotherapist. I want to be sure that you are able to experience the positive impact of our work together; not just in our sessions, but as you go out and live your life - with an even better personal understanding and awareness of yourself.
