With over 20 years in the helping professions, I bring a diverse background including military service and extensive counseling roles. I have served as a partner victim advocate, family counselor, forensic case manager, and drug treatment specialist in correctional and residential settings. I am a licensed clinical professional counselor since 2022 and currently provide teletherapy, including virtual and phone services, drawing on my expertise in cognitive and dialectical behavior therapy methods to support clients effectively.
I help clients achieve their goals and improve their lives by providing a warm, safe, and inviting atmosphere where they feel comfortable disclosing personal information. I emphasize changing thought patterns as the foundation for life change, utilizing cognitive therapy and dialectical behavior therapy principles.
