Ruqaiyah Rogers

I am a a licensed clinical social worker who works with adults in a number of different treatment areas including ADHD management and executive functioning disorder, coping with chronic medical conditions and health stressors, life adjustments and transitions, PTSD/Trauma and multi generational trauma, codependency, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, aging, personal growth, and grief and loss. I obtained my dual masters degrees in social work and public administration from Grand Valley State University and since then I have helped countless numbers of adults, children and families to create the type of lives they deserve and want to live. I am specially trained in dialectical behavioral therapy and mindfulness based practices for treating borderline personality and other mood disorders. As a psychotherapist, I am passionate about helping adults gain more clarity, ease, healing, and wellness in their lives by learning how to cope with ADHD and executive functioning challenges, anxiety, depression, major life transitions, codependency, grief, loss and trauma.
